1. Pricing
Our service offers free hexagram casting (the coin-tossing and hexagram display). AI-powered interpretation is available as a paid feature: $2.99 USD per single interpretation, or $9.99 USD per month for unlimited interpretations including Deep Path readings. All prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, tax remittance (including VAT/GST where applicable), and payment-related customer support. When you make a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Lemon Squeezy under their terms of service and privacy policy.
3. Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any single interpretation within 7 days of purchase if you have not viewed the interpretation. Once an interpretation has been generated and viewed, it is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund. For subscription cancellations, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.
4. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. No further charges will be made.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. For subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at acf579@126.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
